Keep Fit – Dancercise

We offer keep fit and dancercise classes. Dancercise is a form of exercise that blends aerobics/keep fit and dance moves.

Ladies – if it is fitness you want, look no further for every Monday and Tuesday morning its fitness fun at our dancercise classes. As well as working out to your own ability you can all join in a good cool down session, having a chat and drinking a freebee cuppa after every session – why not come and join us – You will love it!!!
