Keep Fit – Dancercise

We offer keep fit and dancercise classes. Dancercise is a form of exercise that blends aerobics/keep fit and dance moves.

Ladies – if it is fitness you want, look no further for every Monday 1.30pm-2.30pm and Tuesday 10am-11am it is fitness fun at our dancercise classes. As well as working out to your own ability you can all join in a good cool down session, having a chat and drinking a freebee cuppa after every session – why not come and join us – You will love it!!!
