Keep Fit – Dancercise

Get ready to dance and move with our keep fit and dancercise classes. They are fun-filled sessions which will get your heart pumping and feet tapping.

Dancercise is a form of exercise that blends aerobics/keep fit and dance moves to well known music and dance routines.

If it is fitness you want, look no further for every Tuesday 10am – 11am and Friday 10:45am – 11:45am. No matter your age or fitness level, everyone is welcome to join our classes.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through energizing routines that combine dance and exercise, ensuring you have a good time while staying active and healthy.

Not only will you enjoy a fantastic workout, but we also offer a special treat for all attendees – a FREE cup of tea and a friendly chat ️ with a wonderful group of ladies who attend. It’s the perfect way to unwind and socialise after an great dance session! Why not come and join – You will love it!!!
